Shay Merchav

Shay was born in Israel and moved to America at the age of 4. She has lived in Los Angeles for the last 14 years. Having a strong passion for hair she began working in what she knows and loves best. Shay began her career right after beauty school at Jose’ Eber Atelier in Beverly Hills. She got her training and started out on the floor there getting the chance to work with many top celebrities who’s names we will keep private. Shhh. Shay has a strong skill in cutting, blowdry styling, Brazilian Blowout’s, Brazilian Keratin treatment and is one of the top specialist’s in extensions. She offers several types of extension methods including individuals, sew-in and more. Her passion for hair goes above and beyond. She believes that everyone should leave the salon looking like they are going to a photo shoot. Shay happily joined the trim. team on Abbott Kinney in 2010 and is proud to be a part of the new team on Rose. As well as having one of the most positive personalities, her talent and passion for hair shows. She is Vidal Sassoon trained, has worked on several national commercials, photo shoots, and t.v. shows and has been featured in magazines as well.
